For flooring, we handle subfloor leveling and moisture testing, acclimation, and correct expansion gaps so hardwood and engineered floors don't cup or buckle. For painting, the work is in the prep: patching, sanding, priming, and clean cut lines, using durable low-VOC finishes suited to the room.
